Crete Campaign Wikotu, 38, Houlyo Steven Regan, 35, and Lucas Lynch, 18, have been charged with several robberies and burglaries in Christchurch in March and April. Two of the three men charged with a string of armed robberies and burglaries through Christchurch in March and April have been remanded in custody. Crete Campaign Wikotu, 38, faces 17 charges, including two joint charges with Houlyo Steven Regan, 35, of armed robberies using wire cutters and a knife, and a crowbar. Regan is charged with three armed robberies, and dishonestly getting into a car. Police said three men were arrested after six aggravated robberies and two burglaries in Christchurch.
