Two flights to Bangkok and Chiang Rai, scheduled to take off at 6.20am and 7am respectively, were delayed over an hour because of poor visibility, airport officials said. A flight that was scheduled to land at 7.25am was unable to land until 8.30am, due to the weather conditions.
