The victims who include a four-year-old boy touched live wires that were lying unattended dying instantly. Nairobi police boss Japheth Koome said the wire had been lying low following heavy rains that were experienced in the area. On the other side, police have urged caution, as the rains are heavy in various parts of the country hence rendering some roads impassable. The meteorological department has predicted there would be heavy rains in the coming days.
