The family members of the deceased student alleged that the school authorities tried to hush up the matter. Sources revealed that Tushar was attacked when he tried to intervene in a fight between two students inside the washroom. Initially, the school authorities claimed the boy was suffering from diarrhea which allegedly led to his death. However, Tushar's family members alleged that the school authorities were trying to shield the students involved in the alleged scuffle. Tushar was shifted to a hospital by his mother and school authorities.
