Three Kenyans and a Somali refugee have been arrested in South Sudan on suspicion that they were travelling to Libya to join ISIS. They were identified as Adan Mohammed, Said Ahmed, Mohammed Abdi and Abdiqan Abdishakur. "Two others - Nicholas Karanja and Dahir Mohammed - are currently on the run," the Interior ministry said via Twitter on Tuesday. The ministry asked the public to give information that may lead to arrests. The numbers to call are 999 or 112.
