We will launch the Platinum tower in December," Ketan Sengupta, CEO, Bengal Peerless Housing Development Company, said. Calcutta has witnessed a spurt in the luxury housing segment with projects like Trump Tower and Atmosphere (both on the Bypass), Tata Housing in Alipore and The 42. In turn, the developer (Bengal Peerless) is offering part of the project under affordable housing based on specified rates.
