The play titled “Tringsha Shatabdi” is an adaptation from a play by Indian playwright Badal Sircar. Directed and adapted by Zahid Repon, the play focuses on genocides that took place at different times across the world. An interesting aspect of the play is that it interrogates iconic historical characters who in some ways contributed to these genocide and bombings. Last year, the anti-war play was staged at the Festival Tokyo in Japan.
