Ali Hossain, his wife Sahera Khatun, and their daughter Sabekun Nahar, were rescued on Sunday night. The police arrested Abdul Mannan, the middleman, a suspected human trafficking syndicate member. "During primary interrogation, the middleman confessed he promised the Rohingyas he would send them to India for a fee. He brought the Rohingyas all the way from Cox's Bazar to Chittagong Railway Station by road,” said Mostafiz Bhuiyan, Chittagong GRP police station Officer-in-Charge.
