In his farewell address on the Senate floor, Franken sought to portray himself as a victim. Jacobs said: “There’s no doubt Al Franken is very bright, he has genuine interest in public policy and he worked hard to prove to his constituents and his fellow senators that he was worthy.”It paid off.
