Female surgeons from Istanbul, Turkey posed for their version of The New Yorker magazine cover. After seeing responses from a few female surgeons, Pitt issued a challenge for more of her peers to join the movement. Now, more than a thousand photos of female surgeons are circulating on Twitter, Pitt said.
