Sam Kerr and wife Kristie Mewis have ended their honeymoon and flown back to London with son Jagger after tying the knot in Australian sport's wedding of the year. Kerr and Mewis were wed at the stunning Dionysus Villa in Perth's north-east, with the Matildas star donning a black tuxedo with a white boutonniere. The day before the wedding, Mewis and Kerr had invited guests to celebrate with them at a drinks reception in Perth. Kerr carried Jagger down the aisle on New Year’s Eve, a moment that Mewis had predicted would make her cry. 'That is going to be gut-wrenching for me, I will sob when that happens,' Kristie had told the Mewis Squared podcast in the days preceding the wedding.
