"The world got to witness possibly the greatest choke in Olympic history a couple of nights ago," Cate told the Seven Network after missing the medals in her 50m freestyle final on Saturday night. Campbell leaves Rio with 4x100m freestyle relay gold and, on Saturday night, collected silver as part of Australia's 4x100m medley relay team. Other individual medals went to Mitch Larkin (silver, 200m backstroke), Madeline Groves (silver, 200m butterfly) and McKeon (bronze, 200m freestyle). She left with just a freestyle relay gold.
