If you didn't know Canada was the best country in the world on a normal day, then you would definitely know it on Canada Day. Michelle Gardiner took her family to the Diefenbaker Park event for the first time. "I believe that this is the best country in the world," said Horrocks, who was dressed in red and white to mark the national holiday. People of all ages celebrated July 1 at Diefenbaker Park in Saskatoon. A giant cake made of smaller cupcakes and iced with the Canadian flag was shared amongst the crowd at Canada Day celebrations in Saskatoon on Friday.
