AMCMaggie fans were celebrating when actress Lauren Cohan managed to work out a deal to return in season 9 of The Walking Dead after negotiations had stalled for a good long while. That leaves her future in The Walking Dead in a precarious position, and it seems almost certain now that the show will be forced to kill her off some time this season. There could be a slim chance that Cohan could do both shows, perhaps with just a reduced role in The Walking Dead, but it seems unlikely. As a community leader, she’s a huge figure in The Walking Dead (or at least she should be), and she’s the full-on star of Whiskey Cavalier. I just don’t see how she could do both at the same time, especially since Walking Dead season are 16 episodes, and a full season of Whiskey is probably going to be at least that.
