Issue #179 this week more or less spelled out how this society works:The Commonwealth is split up into different classes, the way society is now. If you were in the upper class before, you’re in the upper class now, lower class then, lower class now. Once a year, you can take an evaluation that can allow you to move up into the upper class if you’re in the lower class. The upper class is meant to be something to strive for, a goal to achieve, and most people in both class groups appear to be fine with the system. The majority of the ruling class of the Commonwealth is white because that’s a reflection of the ruling class we have in America.
