The Department of Defense publishes this list as the 'Section 1260H List.' As of November 2025, the Department of Defense concluded that eight companies, including Alibaba, Baidu, and BYD, should be added to the 1260H list. Alibaba, Baidu, and BYD have all denied the allegations that they support the People's Liberation Army, calling them 'baseless.'
