This is why I'm very excited about the LG G6 and Samsung Galaxy S8, because both are giving us devices that finally match what our vision of "futuristic portable computers" would look in the future -- almost entirely screen. But the more I look at the Galaxy S8, and the changes that Samsung made to accomplish this, the more I'm reminded of my very first Android phone, the LG G3. I loved the big 5.5-inch screen (a big jump from the 5S's 4-incher) but hated how big it felt in the hand. He then reached for his pocket and whipped out the LG G3. These same guys now probably have no problem using a Pixel (with its rear fingerprint sensor) and will love the S8.
