A study of employment data indicates that a company’s culture and values play a larger role in engendering a positive employment brand than traditional salary and benefits. An analysis conducted by Bersin by Deloitte demonstrates that employees put more emphasis on investment in leadership, culture and employee development when determining whether to recommend their own companies as excellent places to work, and many employees consider the best workplaces to be organizations that offer training and plenty of developmental assignments.
