A COUPLE have taken over a pub near Henley and hope to attract families. Summer Williams, 24, and her partner Harrison Baker, 29, are the new managers of the Maltsters Arms in Rotherfield Greys. They met while working at Phyllis Court Club in Henley four years ago and found that they shared a dream of managing their own pub. Between them, the couple have 20 years of experience in hospitality, having worked in bars, pubs, restaurants, cafés and private members’ clubs. Sandwiches will feature on the menu as the pair want to cater for walkers, with the pub close to two well-used routes.
