Tripoli – Aisha Al-Abbar, Head of the Comprehensive Libyan Dialogue, announced a meeting today, Monday. The Human Rights Office and Political Office attended. They discussed an initiative for prisoner exchange. Participants emphasized protecting Libya’s rights. This is between the international mission and the Comprehensive Libyan Dialogue.
