The teams reviewed bottlenecks and discussed coordinated measures to streamline vehicular movement. During the visit, officials examined road-widening works from Lemon Tree Hotel to Cyber Towers and from Cyber Towers to the Medicover junction, both identified as major bottlenecks during peak hours. The current road widening works on the Lemon Tree to Trident Hotel stretch on the busy Hi-Tec City road was also reviewed. Officials examined the existing carriageway width, identified encroachments, reviewed utility obstructions and assessed the feasibility of widening at critical bottlenecks. Officials instructed contractors to expedite the ongoing road widening works and complete them within stipulated deadlines.
