Chennai: The Hindu Group won 8 awards at the Maddys Awards organized by the Advertising Club Madras for their campaigns and special initiatives. ADVERTISEMENTA print communication from The Hindu won gold for Wildlife Conservation Day. The Hindu’s ‘Made of Chennai’ campaign also received six awards in different categories, celebrating the city and its residents. Cadbury Iniya Kondattam, a campaign by Mondelez India in collaboration with The Hindu Group, received the silver award for digital campaigns – influencer marketing. Maddys 2024 received 1,015 entries from over 10 states, with participation from 116 agencies and clients.
