The following instruments are revoked—(a) the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus)Regulations 2021(a);(b) the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus)(No. 2) Regulations 2022(b). We know companies are still trying to use the basics of the legislation to enforce Covid jabs for new recruits, and for those who change roles i.e promotion. The Workers of England Union appears to be the only trade union that represents individuals against employers who promote a policy of ‘No Jab – No Job’. The WEU have already written to one NHS Trust asking for clarification on their new policy, this process is required prior to possibly balloting our members on what form of industrial action they may seek to use i.e work to rule
