HP created a full room video conferencing system that cost about $100K per installation at that time. They weren't as sophisticated as HP's Video Conferencing Rooms. My experience with HP's Video Conferencing Rooms proved transformational for my view of how I might work in the future. I believe this means that the office of the future will become hubs or dedicated meeting centers that homebound workers can, at some point in their week, go to the office for face-to-face collaboration or special meetings, as needed.
