A horticultural society’s spring flower show has been hailed a success following one of its strongest performances in a decade. The Diss and District Horticultural Society welcomed visitors to Roydon Village Hall on Saturday for its annual spring show. Members of the Horticultural Society Committee. and ladies clubs class was awarded to the Diss Women’s Institute with the Rolfe Trophy for runners-up going to the Diss Trefoil Guild. The Jean Wills Memorial Cup for the best exhibit in the domestic or handicraft classes was awarded to Monique Gotts.
