The Boundary Arms pub in Pinkneys Green has been listed for sale for £775,000. Earlier this year community members launched a campaign group, The Friends of the Boundary Arms, with the aim of re-opening the venue. The venue has been designated as an Asset of Community Value by Windsor and Maidenhead council. Mark Newcombe, vice chair of the Friends of the Boundary Arms Committee, said: “It’s a lot of money obviously. “But it’s kind of positive news because it could be bought out by another company or a private investor and remain as a pub which would be great.”The Friends of the Boundary Arms group were due to meet on Thursday night to discuss its next steps.
