When his year-and-a-half relationship ended two months ago, Daniel Khan of Sydney, Australia was left completely heartbroken. He was also left with an apartment filled with furniture and home goods that only reminded him of his ex-girlfriend. To rid himself of the items before moving to Sweden, Khan posted an ad on Inner West Housemates ― a popular closed Facebook group usually reserved for finding roommates. “Come profit off my heartbreak!” Khan wrote, before sharing a nostalgia-filled list of items up for sale ― everything from the Ikea bed the couple “fought and smiled on,” to the Samsung fridge they stored ingredients in for Sunday pancakes.
