Raffle House has launched a new competition that will offer one lucky entrant a stunning flat in Brixton - with even the stamp duty paid for. The competition is part of a new project by London entrepreneur Benno Spencer, who also founded the type dating app. "We’ve worked really hard to make sure this is an entirely legitimate marketplace through which to win property. That's because to offer the prize, Raffle House has to make its money back in tickets - that means selling at least 150,000 of them. This will cover the cost of the property, charitable donations, stamp duty costs and any extra fees.
