How the video clip got into the wrong hands is a question only the two BIR officials can answer. In the infamous video clip, the woman was complaining over being taken out of the loop by Dulay. The mega anti-corruption task force under Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra may want to verify the identity of the two persons in that video clip. I still have a copy of that video clip should Guevarra need it for evidence.
