People rally on a tank after taking over an abandoned military position on the Bosphorus bridge in Istanbul on Saturday. The Thai delegates could not leave the hotel after curfews and martial law were announced, the report said. The team is in the Turkish capital for talks with its Myanmar counterpart on registering Kaeng Krachan National Park in Phetchaburi province as a world heritage site, the report said without quoting the source. The highest mountain in Kaeng Krachan, the biggest national park in Thailand with 1.8 million rai, is in a joint area of the two countries.
