A fourth Texas Rangers player has been added to the COVID-19 IL. Steele Walker, the Prosper High School and Oklahoma product who the Rangers called up last weekend, was placed on the COVID-19 IL on Saturday morning ahead of the Rangers afternoon game against the White Sox. Outfielder Zach Reks was called up from Round Rock Triple-A as a COVID-19 replacement player. Walker joins starting pitcher Glenn Otto and designated hitter Mitch Garver as well as reliever Brett Martin and bench coach Donnie Ecker as Rangers placed on the COVID-19 IL this week. Both Otto and Garver had mild symptoms, per the team.
