He attained mastery here in capital market operations & role of capital market in the development of national economy. He took active interest in the implementation of Asian Development Bank, Capital Market Reform Programme worth $ 250 million. After serving here for a decade he moved to telecom sector. Mustafa Kamal Pasha is also a writer, researcher, translator and analyst besides a media management expert.
