Supreme Court (SC) justices voted to dismiss all petitions questioning the validity of martial law in Mindanao because they believe that terrorism is not limited in Marawi City, a source at the high court said. On Tuesday, 11 justices upheld the declaration of martial law in the south but three of them said martial rule should have been limited in Marawi. The SC Majority took judicial notice also for the fight for autonomy in Mindanao by our Muslim brothers since time immemorial. With this, the high court majority argued that Duterte possesses and vital information which an ordinary filipino, even the judiciary do not have. Only Justice Marvic Leonen allowed for the granting of the petitions and junking of martial law.
