A weak cold spell is expected to return to northern Vietnam midweek, bringing light rain and cooler conditions. Skies will remain mostly cloudy with occasional light rain. In the south-central coastal region, the northern part will see light rain in some places and sunshine in the afternoon. Around February 24-25 and from February 27 to March 1, scattered rain and light rain are forecast across the region. Other regions will see scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and at night, with sunny conditions during the day.
