The high level meeting was reportedly to discuss the political situation arising in the state as a result of the CBI against RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family members in the land-for-hotels scam.No sooner did Tejashwi step outside that mediapersons swarmed to get his byte. While trying to keep the media away, Yadav's bodyguards began shoving, thrashing and manhandling the gathered reporters. Police personnel present at the scene had to intervene to separate the clashing guards and mediapersons. This isn't the first time Tejashwi has gotten into an altercation with mediapersons. "This allegation relates to 2004 when I was merely 14 years old, when my 'mooch' (moustache) had not begun to sprout. Tejashwi said.He emphasised that he had no intention of stepping down as deputy chief minister, in spite of growing clamour for his resignation.
