The security personnel of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav on Wednesday manhandled mediapersons outside the Bihar Secretariat. While trying to keep the media away, Yadav's bodyguard manhandled some media persons present there. Earlier, with the growing demand of Tejashwi's resignation following the corruption charges, the JD(U) had asserted that it hoped the "accused come forward and provide evidence to prove their innocence." Earlier last week, the CBI registered a corruption case against Lalu Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi, son Tejashwi Yadav; former Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) Managing Director P.K. The RJD supremo, however, refuted the allegations against him and called it a political conspiracy hatched by the BJP.
