The teenager held over the Southport stabbings was an 'introvert' who lived in a nearby village with his 'nice family', who had moved to the UK from Rwanda. The suspect's former neighbours said they were 'shocked' and 'saddened' to learn the teenager had been arrested over the horror knife attack as he comes from such a 'nice family'. She said that the cul-de-sac was a 'really nice street' which was 'peaceful and safe' and that she worried when she heard they were moving.
