SIBU: A 17-year-old youth has been arrested for allegedly raping an underage girl. The suspect is a waiter of an eatery in the Permai Housing Estate while the 14-year-old girl is working part-time in the same place. The search ended at the boy's home where the 40-year-old mother, who works as a security guard, found her with the boy. The girl admitted to her mother that she had sex with the suspect three times with the last encounter on Thursday morning. Sibu OCPD Assist Comm ACP Zailanni said the suspect has been remanded for four days for police investigations under Section 376 of the Penal Code.
