more-inA 16-year-old boy was shot dead and his 19-year-old friend assaulted by a group of five men at a park in south Delhi’s Tigri on Sunday evening, the police said on Monday. “Shaukat’s brother Sajid had called Sahil and asked him to come to the park. I spotted Sajid, Shaukat and Sabir Ali alias Bada Abid, and their friends Salim Pavva and Shaarif in park,” claimed Asif. He said the five men first assaulted both of them, after which Shaukat shot Sahil in the abdomen and Shaarif shot him in the back. The same day, Sahil filed an FIR alleging that he was assaulted by Shaukat and Shaarif.
