Venezio Njuguna, the deputy head teacher of Mukandamia Primary School, was granted a Sh100,000 bond after prosecutors told a Nanyuki court that they had not formulated charges against him as post-mortem results are not yet out. The prosecution allowed the suspect to be released on a personal bond of an amount deemed favourable by the court. The magistrate granted the request and barred the teacher from interacting with the witnesses and going to the school. The case resumes on March 17, when the post-mortem results are expected to be presented.
