The CJ said he currently does not have information on any employees in the Judiciary tied to narcotics barons. If any judicial officers are involved they will be dealt with,” said Mr Maraga, adding that some magistrates have already been sacked after being linked to the vice. The CJ made the remarks on Wednesday on the sidelines of a week-long magistrates' retreat at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort. Justice Maraga also said judicial officers have been sensitised on how to deal with cases touching on Constitution timelines such as that of the General Election.
