A Junior secondary school teacher was on Wednesday arraigned at the Kajiado law courts for allegedly sodomising his 16-year-old nephew. The 30-year-old was presented before Principal Magistrate Edgar Kagoni charged with sodomising his nephew between April 2023 and December last year when the nephew underwent circumcision and was placed under his care. The accused man had in 2019 been charged with engaging in homosexuality with two other men. They were all arrested and arraigned for practising homosexuality. They were charged for allegedly engaging in homosexuality.
