A Taranaki District Health Board (TDHB) spokeswoman said the teen was in a serious but stable condition. The TDHB spokeswoman said a 32-year-old man was also in ICU and was classified as serious but stable. The Serious Crash Unit is investigating both crashes, Lee said.
