The DAP rep went on a hunger strike from 7am to 7pm on Monday as part of his awareness campaign in protest against environmental disasters in Penang. “I feel happy that I managed to honour and fulfil the fast. “The hunger strike has nothing to do with whether I go down to the ground or not. He has been critical of the state government on issues such as hill clearing and environment protection.
