However, police have still urged the public to be cautious and to confirm the identities of anyone who wants to collect information or enter your building. Tangail Superintendent of Police (SP) Sanjit Kumar Rai told Dhaka Tribune: “In our primary inquiry, we found that the incident in the Facebook post was fake. The caretaker was just bragging after his landlord had warned him about something like that [masked men posing as health officials] happening in Dhaka. “The caretaker was gossiping with a friend and trying to be a hero, and the friend posted it on Facebook.
