Left-handed batsman Tamim informed that he wanted to end the series with an episode featuring all five stalwarts - Mashrafe, Shakib, Mahmudullah, Mushfiq and Tamim himself. However, Tamim said while three of his colleagues agreed to the invitation for the session, Shakib remained unavailable.
