Khokpho TAO governor Natthakit Kongraksa said his administration wanted to help farmers to reduce cost instead of having to hire rice mills to mill their paddy rice. Natthakit said farmers, whose paddy rice had high humidity beyond milling because of floods and late rains, could dry their rice at the cement ground of the TAO.
