The 63rd Wilber Czech Festival Talent Contest is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Aug. 3 at the outdoor theater south of the Wilber Swimming Pool. There will be three age groups for performers: 11 years old and under, 12 to 17, and 18 and over. Entries will be limited to 3 minutes.
