Amber Renwick was the person killed in a car crash north of Taihape last week. The person killed in a car crash near Taihape was Taupō woman Amber Renwick. Police released the name on Wednesday of Renwick, 30, who died following a crash on State Highway 1 just north of Taihape last Tuesday. Police said they extended their sympathies to her family and friends. Police were called the two-vehicle crash north of Taihape where three other people suffered moderate injuries.
