KUALA LUMPUR: Fifteen-year-old Zunnun Misiri, one of the survivors of the Darul Quran Ittifaqiyah tahfiz fire tragedy who is still warded at Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL), has successfully undergone surgery to remove burnt skin. "The operation process took two hours and Alhamdulillah, my son is in stable condition. It was reported that three other tahfiz students who were receiving treatment at HKL were discharged on Saturday night after their conditions stabilised. Zunnun and another survivor, Adib Bakri Bahkir, 15, suffered between three to 19 per cent burns. Two survivors are still in the intensive care unit (ICU) – Indrakurniawan Mohd Amirul, 11 and Muhd Shahir Sharifuddin, 11.
